Subject: [Education-speakers] Archaeology and Education 2008 Conference

Dear speakers,

 

  Can you let me know your requirements for equipment and layout of the rooms for your presentation at the conference.

Also for those who are giving an activity based workshop could you let me know if you plan anything that might be messy, wet or require us to cover the floor - I'm hoping that there aren't any but if you are please drop me an email.

 

Some of you have noticed that there is a glitch with the website - if you are only coming for the one day and try to book online the cost of one days fees is ?70 and the speaker waiver fee is ?70. Thus if this is all you are booking the website won't let you put a value of ?0 through the checkout! 

So if you are only booking one day and no accommodation then please let me know. As there would be no money to change hands I can just pencil you in on my list without the need to book online.

For the rest of you the speaker waiver reduction seems to be working fine if you are booking more than just the day you are speaking on - so feel free to keep using the website - although you should book asap.
