	Wow - lots of responses! Thanks.
	I have an idea.... how about if we make HBSMR automatically
compact the HBSMR.MDB when the last person closes it?
	This might add a minute to the shut-down, but would mean you
have a shiny new one in the morning.
	 
	(we could also make this configurable so it could be switched
off.)

	I don't have a problem with compacting more regularly, but again
I don't find filtering that slow either.
