[hbsmrusers] Socitm consultation on HPR compliant HERs

Hi all

We've been contacted by Socitm about their consultation on HPR compliant
HERs user needs analysis, and they are coming over for a chat soon. As I
understand it they have been talking to some HBSMR users?

If anyone has been directly involved in this, and can prime me on
