Hi,
This is a quick message for users of our LibraryLink product.
We recently encountered a number of issues when LibraryLink files have
been moved or folders renamed etc. outside of ThumbsPlus, either by the
users or by IT.
If you are aware of any major changes that are going to be made, such as
moving data between servers, reorganisation of departmental data, or you
notice any strange behaviour in LibraryLink following such an activity,
please contact one of the HBSMR support staff so that we can help you
prepare for, or recover from, the changes with minimal disruption and
confusion.
Thanks,
Steve.
