[hbsmrusers] Hosted Gateway services and hosted web sites -temporary problem

All resolved late afternoon. Apologies for outage - we'll be researching
with our providers how this can be better avoided in future.

Dear all who have their HBSMR Gateways or web sites hosted by us...

I'm sorry to say that all services are down temporarily. This is due to
a "denial of service attack" on some web sites (I don't know what) that
run within the same infrastructure as our London servers. The attack is
not on our/your resources as such. I'm afraid this is out of our hands
to fix, but our suppliers of networking and rackspace assure us they are
working to fix this as quickly as possible.
